I have just contacted the German delivery centre in Frankfurt (Germany), because the product you have sent (Hiprex) has obviously not passed the German customs. I was told that the item arrived in 12th August and was sent back to AMS on 23rd August. It is not the first time that I have ordered this product, which is not available in Germany, but there has never been such a problem. I would like to have this product. It has already been paid.
